I retrieved "positions only" to create a portfolio, using the New Portfolio Setup Wizard, but I did not enter cost. Is there a way to go back and enter cost on each position.

Yes. Just edit the transaction that was retrieved for your position. Use the Data Register and the Data Type of Transactions to view/edit your transactions. You can see a tutorial on using the Data Register here:
