Hi Bob,

I'm not sure. Did you try retrieving from the regular "Merrill Lynch" server? If that doesn't work, you might look on their website, or call them, and ask for instructions on how to retrieve transactions into programs like Fund Manager and Quicken. If they give Quicken instructions, use those same instructions for Fund Manager.
