1 security in multiple sub-portfolios

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

What is considered the appropriate way to handle situations where you have multiple sub-portfolios having the same security? For example:

---------------------------------------
Stock Broker 1:
100 shares of COMPANY-A
100 shares of COMPANY-B

Stock Broker 2:
200 shares of COMPANY-A
200 shares of COMPANY-B
---------------------------------------

Should I have 4 different "Investments" (in Fund Manager terms), 1 for each? Or is there some way to have 1 investment per company, with some way to specifically tell Fund Manager which specific portfolio a buy/sell/whatever action belongs to?

EDIT: nevermind, I just found http://www.fundmanagersoftware.com/faq_ ... tments.php
