EXUD1 Transactions and IB Import

Hi Mark,

A common transaction that FM is not recognizing in the .trn import is EXUD1.

Hi Brad,

Thanks for the samples. Our documentation doesn't have an EXUD1 transaction code. Can you explain what is happening for these transactions? If you look at your first example, it just gives a share quantity of 696.00, but no amounts are listed.

That is a case of a partial lot redeem for the OCR bond (fun stuff). The rest seem to be much tamer, consisting of old fashioned stock splits.

Another code that came up was PIL (Pmts in Lieu). By replacing "PIL" with "DIV" in the .trn, file I seemed to have fixed the issue (still need to really check it, though). I will take the same approach to EXUD1 and replace it with "Split." I am guessing that is the term FM will recognize. I will keep you posted.
