Price retrieval on a money market fund

I retrieve price updates from Yahoo. My Vanguard Prime Money Market fund (VMMXX) always comes in at 4 cents per share rather than $1, which is what it is supposed to be. Does anyone have any knowledge about this. Thanks.

Hi ThosRM,

For cash type investments you will want to turn off the option to retrieve the price. This way it will just stay fixed at $1. To do this, go to "Investment Properties... / Internet Retrieve", and turn off "Retrieve Price".

This option is turned off by default if your new investment is created as a "cash" type of investment.
