Generic Transactions load problems.

Good day Mark,

I am trying to do a Generic Transactions file-based load.
I carefully specify all menu entries.
I get to the 2nd screen where FM shows all the transactions
and it looks like all the transactions from the file are getting loaded
up to this point, but then when I continue to load all the selected transactions,
nothing happens.

Any suggestions on what may be wrong ?

Can you describe more specifically what you see? Does the Preview transaction dialog go away? How many transactions are you importing? Is the program responsive after the import, like can you open up the Portfolio Editor window? What do you see in there?

Sorry to waste your time with this Mark,
I ran a transactions report and it looks like the Generic Tranctions load worked fine.
What had me perplexed was a different ( 'different' perceived by me at least ) behavior in the Generic Transactions load process;
I recall previous loads would post a messge telling me how many transactions were loaded and i never saw that message and that led me to think something was amiss.

Also as a check I clicked on one of the securities to run a transactions report
for the year 2011 ( the time span of the transactions loaed ) and did not see the 2011 transactions .. yet they did show up in the portfolio level transactions report.

Before I waste any more of your time let me investigate this in order to get more familiar
with your product.
