Hi Mark,
Tried to do a routine transaction retrieve today and received the above error for my "Northern Trust-Investments" account. Clicked "OK" button an got a " processing error" message followed by a "failed to retrieve portfolio" message.
Professional Version 11.4; Quote module: 424; Transaction module:149
Have retried / restarted & retried/ checked that everything is up to date .. tried unchecking most filters .... same result
Any thoughts on how to resolve or workaround?
