Duplicate Symbol

When I imported my files, it created two separate holding for the same symbol. This makes it impossible to correctly assign lots. How can I correct this problem? Thanks.

If you import the same symbol into the same account, it should normally only create one investment, and put all transactions into that one investment. At this point, you can either re-try the import, or you can manually move your transactions from the 2nd investment to the first, and then close the 2nd. You can copy/paste transactions using the Data Register. Look at your transactions in the data register, select all of them, and click the double down arrow, and choose "Copy". Switch over to the other investment, and paste them. Now, you can close the first investment.
