canadians mutuals funds historical updating

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

Hi!

I was on vacation out of country for 2 weeks and I don't like to let my computer open by itself so long :so I need to update my canadians mutuals funds, but I tried and no server looks to be working for historical update? Program is up to date.

Hi yvang,

What quote server did you try? I'd suggest taking a look at:

Canada Stockwatch (3M Historical)
MSN (Historical)
Yahoo (Historical)

Canada Stockwatch is only available during off-peak times, but you can try in the evening. Visit each of these servers with your browser, and see if they offer the quotes you need, and make sure you have the right symbol recorded for that server. For links, see:

If the symbols are different: it is a lot of trouble, because I follow about 50 funds...

Yes, it worked with Canada Stockwatch in the evening.
