Inhibit price updates for closed investments?

I have been holding the same fund in a couple of different accounts (Traditional IRA and Roth IRA accounts). I recently sold/closed my position in one of those accounts. It appears that FM continues to store prices in the investment that now has zero shares when retrieving prices for all investments. I would like to avoid accumulating prices in investment files for closed positions.

It appears I can suppress retrieval by updating investment "properties" to zap/remove the fund symbol. Is there a better way (some investment option or FM preference)?

Hi fmuser,

You can turn off "Investment Properties... / Internet Retrieve / Retrieve Price". There is also an option "Update Price When Retrieving Transactions" you can turn off as well.
