vanguard server error

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

I'm running 12.8, with Quote Module 481, Transaction Module 200
I tried to download transactions today and got the following error message:

"Vanguard Server Encounted an Error
"Failed to retrive portfolio
"Broker: Vanguard Group
"Account Number: *****
"User ID: ***

Don't think it's a problem on Vanguard's end, other software is able to pull transactions.
Any suggestions or known issues?

Hi Ethan,

There was an update required for this server. It was made in transaction module 225. We only provide free updates to the modules for the last 2 major versions, which are currently 2014 and 2016 versions. The 12.x version is not getting updates. You can upgrade your license, and then you would have access to the updated modules.
