Income bar graph general display questions.

Hi,

Not sure if I have a setting that needs to be changed or if this is correctly displayed.

When doing [Graph, Income Schedule, By Month] and set date scale to Months. Then scale to three months.
The bar width for the new year distribution is very narrow (it is a very small distribution so far this year when compared to previous months).

Also the Scale button does not work when pressed on the tool bar for this bar graph.
The tool bar scale works on my other line graphs, but I do not know if it is supposed to work here or not.

I have looked at setting under Graph Display Options. Have checked/unchecked "Start Date Floats with End Date". Same results.

Regarding bar width of current month & manual scale button usage for income graph...do I have a incorrect setting or is this type of graph being correctly displayed ?

Thank you !!!

Hello,

I’m out of the office until Monday, but let me take a look and I’ll get back to you.

Hi LogitecTrackBall,

The narrow width of the current month is because the end date of the graph is set to Jan 2, so that segment is only for 2 days wide. If you change the end date to the end of a month, like Jan 31, more space will be allocated to that Jan bar.

The Income Schedule graphs always auto-scale the vertical axis, so the "View / Scale..." menu command and equivalent toolbar button should be disabled. We'll get that corrected. Thanks for pointing it out.
