Percentages Investment Overlay Graph

The percentage price traces do not always start at 100%. Particularly for shorter time periods like 'quarter to date' (range 99.8% to 101.0%). Does this discrepancy carry forward to reading the percentages all the way to the end date, or does it only effect the starting date?

Hi CGB,

This is how those graph types work. The change on the first graph date is included. So, for example, if you have a graph starting on 11/1, and the price increased 10% from the close on 10/31 to the close on 11/1, the initial plotted price on 11/1 will be 110%. You can think of it as being 100% on the morning/open of 11/1, but the percentage is plotted for the end/close of 11/1.
