Graph windows usage

Questions on using, creating, or understanding data in Fund Manager graphs.

Postby Glenn2 » Tue Mar 09, 2010 2:13 pm

I have several graphs set up as a "dashboard" for monitoring my investments eg Account Performance, Account Investment Goal pie chart etc. Separately then I use other graphs to plot individual investments as needed ie these are not a part of my dashboard.

When I plot graphs for a stock, the system seems to use the last graph used that is not minimised. This causes me issues in that it might grab one of my "dashboard" graphs that I do not want to change. As a result I have to reset my dashboard graph and then open a new graph window for my stock graph. Is there anyway I can freeze my dashboard graphs so they do not accidentally get changed OR is there some way to set the system to always open a graph request in a new window?

Hi Glenn2,

Sorry, no, this isn't an option today. Anytime you select a graph type from the Graphs window, it will try to find an existing graph window, and open that graph type in there. You would want to open a new graph window before making this selection in your case.
Thanks,
Mark
