REPORTS-CUSTOM

Questions on using, creating, or understanding data in Fund Manager reports.

Postby robert1 » Sun Nov 15, 2009 5:44 pm

I attempted to print out my custom report after downloading the maintenance update, but it showed the fund symbol in all columns. Previously, I was able to customize the columns to show the year-to-date, 6 week 1 month percentage returns in addition to the 3, 6 month and 1, 3 ,and 5 year returns that had been standards. Am I doing something wrong? THANKS for your help!!

Hi robert1,

Does your printout look okay on the screen, or only on the printout? How about print preview? Maybe you can email me a screen shot of the problem report?
Thanks,
Mark

It didn't look Ok on the screen. All the columns had the fund symbol in it, so I didn't print it out. I'll be happy to email you a screen shot. Can you tell me the steps to do that please?

Mark,
I attempted to check my report settings as you suggested, but couldn't get it to revert back to the previous format. It's certainly possible that I wasn't sure of the exact steps necessary to do that however. Any suggestions?

Hi robert1,

While looking at your report, choose "Edit / Report Settings...". Check your date range options here. If you only want a single date range, change this down to 1. Next, press "Custom Settings..." and make sure you have the fields you want. It looks like you only have "Symbol" included in your report now.
Thanks,
Mark
