Report Footnotes

I must not have taken my Prevagen today as I just can not recall how to change the footnotes at the bottom of each report which still reads

"This report is for informational purposes only from data assumed to be correct. It should not be used for legal, accounting or lending purposes. For an accurate and detailed report refer to your monthly statement provided by TD Ameritrade Institutional Services."

I need to of course change that to Charles Schwab & CO.
