Rebalance Report Allocation Target Percentages

Questions on using, creating, or understanding data in Fund Manager reports.

Postby mdickson » Fri Dec 19, 2008 12:58 pm

Tryin to do a rebalancing report - my targeting is by asset type.

Unfortunately my target asset allocation has some asset types that have allocations that are not whole numbers - for example, emerging markets might be 6.75% of my total allocation.

However, the report seems to only allow entry for whole number percentages.

Am I doing something wrong - if not, perhaps an enhancement for a future revision?

Hi mdickson,

You aren't doing anything wrong, the percentages are limited to integer values. Thanks for the feedback, we can consider this for a future update.
Thanks,
Mark

HI Mark,

I'm just adding my 2 cents worth. If you could update the rebalancing targets to allow for 2 decimals it would be fantastic. My overall models are all whole numbers, but when I start slicing and dicing I end up with decimal values too.

THANKS.

Hi fiscalis,

Thanks for the feedback. We probably should have done it that way in the first place...
Thanks,
Mark
