Adding a Column to a Standard Report

I'd like to add the "Investment Goal" field as a new column in the existing Open Lot report. Can the standard reports be modified in this way, or do I need to build a custom report for this?

Hi ACuriousInvestor. Welcome to the forums!

There are some customizations that can be applied to the Open Lots report (from Options > Report Preferences > Open Lots), but unfortunately adding Investment Goal isn't a current option. Also, your idea of creating a custom report also won't really accomplish what you want because custom reports only list by symbol, investment, ..., but *not* by investment lot.

Would you mind taking a step back and explaining exactly what you're trying to accomplish at a high level? Maybe there's another way to display the data you're looking for.

A possible workaround: You can use a filter on the Open Lots report to show only lots of a specific Investment Goal. In this way, you could have a report for each of your goals.
