Error in calculation of "Avg purchase price-C (end)"?

As you can see, only one purchase was made of this security, at 14.581 per share. According to Help, Avg purchase price-C (end) "Does not include reinvestments."

Why, then, does the report say Avg purchase price-C (end) = 13.58?

The definition for this field from the documentation is:

Average out of pocket purchase price for the shares still owned on the ending report date. Does not include reinvestments.

You spent $25,157.22 out of pocket and you currently own 1,852.32 shares. So, $25,157.22 / 1,852.32 shares = $13.58/share.

When the documentation states it doesn't include reinvestments, it is meaning that this does not get added to your out of pocket cost when calculating the cost per share. This is your average OOP cost for each owned share.
