Calculating 52 Week Average Yield for dividend reinvestment.

Perfect. Thanks much for educating on this custom field and reporting. Let me try this and see how it works. So if I define there custom field for each investment how do I use that field instead of hard coding 4. Although 4 seems to fit fine for 90% of portfolio's holdings.

If you click "Insert Field" in the formula window, you'll see custom fields listed there. You'll just pick one of those for use as "dividends per year," then you can edit them in individual investment's properties.

I think you can even rename them in General Preferences.

Hi Matt, I was able to add these formulas and test the results, they work perfectly as expected, it does provide the data i was looking for finding the best priced positions relative to the other in the portfolio. Thanks very much!
