Executive Summary

Questions on using, creating, or understanding data in Fund Manager reports.

Is it possible for the Executive Summary Report to be ran individually for each sub-account as part of setting. I know that we can just pick the sub portfolio and run it but when doing the Quarterly Client Reports it would be great to have the report included for each sub portfolio individually as opposed to combining all sub-portfolios for the client. I ask this because a number of that clients have money market accounts as separate sub-portfolios and when the executive summary is run the return stinks due to the money market interest/dividend rate.

Hi ricbertsch,

This report can only be run for a selected sub-portfolio. It includes everything beneath that sub-portfolio too. You could run it for just the lower level account sub-portfolios, but you can't run it for the higher level client sub-portfolio and have it separate out the lower level subs. You could get this same information sub-totaled in a "Portfolio Performance" report however. It is formatted slightly differently, but includes all the same information in the Executive Summary "Portfolio Activity Summary" section, and can show sub-totals for lower level sub-portfolios.
Thanks,
Mark
