ROI Yield Report Shows NAs

Questions on using, creating, or understanding data in Fund Manager reports.

Postby klvassalotti » Sat Apr 08, 2017 12:25 pm

Hi, Mark. I ran the ROI Yield report for one of my sub portfolios. In the 5 Year column, for example, there are a lot of "NA"s. There is at least 5 years of price history for all the investments except the money market funds. However, when I run a portfolio performance report for the same five-year period, I get the same return for the total portfolio, but the returns for the individual investments that have five years of price history are also calculated. I'm attaching copies of both report for your review. How do I get the ROI Yield report to show the five-year returns for the individual investments?

Thanks.
Keith

Hi Keith,

From within the report, choose "Help / Report Calculation Log..." and it will explain any "N/A" values in that report. It is likely an issue with yield interpolation range, that is usually the cause.
Thanks,
Mark

Thanks, Mark. That was very helpful. It was the interpolation range.
