I do not have a cost basis for this stock in fund manager after this change. How do I correct this?

Hi reddragon,

I'm guessing that it retrieved from your broker as a transfer in or buy? In the case of a name change, it is usually better to simply change the name/cusip of your existing investment. Just close any new investment that came in from your broker.
Thanks,
Mark

It came in through broker as a name change. Price 0 Shares 100 (what was in account) total 0 Type/Purchase

I do not no how to get it back. Do you have any Idea?
