Continuous Batch Printing

IS there a way when Report Batch Printing (110 Clients) via the "Microsoft to Print" printer option to have the reports continuously save each Client into the folder preselected vs having to do hit the save key manually for each client. I would like to be able to do other work while the reports are running. Thanks

If you're using "Microsoft Print to PDF", I don't believe that program offers an option to automatically save without pressing the "Save" button for each document. According to ChatGPT, there are other programs that do offer this capability (auto-saving), such as:

PDFCreator (by pdfforge) – Free and highly customizable.
doPDF
Bullzip PDF Printer
CutePDF Writer

I don't personally have any experience with any of these, but if your goal is to automate the saving of PDF files more, you might give one of these a try.
