Screen Goes Black When I hit PRC

On one portfolio out of 9, whenever I begin the retrieve prices process by selecting the "PRC" icon, the screen goes black and returns to normal after the data is downloaded from Yahoo or Bloomberg. Only one portfolio does this. There appears to be nothing unique about it, it just began doing it one day.
What windows do you have open in this portfolio? Are they different than your other portfolios? See the "Window" menu command for a list of currently opened windows.
Hi anielljr,
This window does have to repaint when you retrieve prices. Is that what is happening? Do you have the same window open in the other portfolios? Maybe you just have the graph window in front on this portfolio, but a different type of window on the other ones, so it looks different?
When the window "repaints", the window goes black. This does not happen on any of the 7 other portfolios. The settings are identical on all 8 portfolios. Everything still works properly but having the window go black is disconcerting. I have not been able to reproduce this in the other portfolios. Thanks anyway.
Hi aneilljr,
I'm not sure what the problem is, but if you'd like to send me a backup of this portfolio, and instructions on how to reproduce the problem, I will take a look. I'll send you an email, so you can respond to that with a backup if you'd like. To create the backup, just use "File / Backup...", and attach it to an email back to us.
Hi aneilljr,
Thanks for sending your portfolio. It took me a minute to find, but the problem is coming because you have set FM to disconnect DUN after a price retrieve. Please try turning off "Options / Internet Settings... / Disconnect DUN After Retrieve", and that should eliminate that pause.
After 13 years dealing with you Mark, I have learned that the anomalies are caused by me, not the program. Thank you Mark. You are a gentleman. You always fix the issue without making me feel like an idiot. Thank you again.
