You cannot purchase a license for 10.x yet, but you can use the 10.0 beta now. The option to upgrade will be available when 10.0 is officially released.

I think I read that the beta can only be opened 60 times. What happens if I cannot buy it and I open a 61st time?

Hi paulstonge,

The unlicensed 10.x will only be able to be opened 60 times without a license. The beta can be opened 100 times, and expires on November 30th. I expect to have an official release near the end of this month, at which time you can buy an upgrade license online. If you do run into the 100 limit before the official release, we can take an upgrade order for 10.x over the phone, so we will make sure you don't get locked out.
