Default Cash Account for sub portfolio

General questions about using Fund Manager that do not fit into any other forum.

I have created a sub portfolio for entering option sales and buys.
I would like to use the same default cash account as in my Master portfolio where all assets (shares, funds etc) are entered.......is this possible?

Hi danelaw,

Yes, it is. Open up the Properties... dialog for your new sub-portfolio, and next to the option to select your default cash account, choose the "Show All" option. The drop-down list of investments to choose a default cash account from will now include all open investments from all sub-portfolios, instead of just investments in this sub-portfolio.
Thanks,
Mark
