Get Access Code

General questions about using Fund Manager that do not fit into any other forum.

Am having the same problem that I had 02/02/2025. Unable to get "Get Access Code" to work. The list of possible brokers no longer has Charles Schwab; only thing available now is "Charles Schwab - NEW". When I trigger "Get Access Code" nothing seems to happen.

Sorry to bother you again with this problem but I don't know what to do. Most recent transaction download to Fund Manager from Charles Swab was Saturday, 06/28/2025.

Need your help once again.

Do get messages from Charles Schwab that the access code has been updated but cannot down load transactions.

Hi Mark,
I am also having trouble with Schwab Access codes this morning. I last successfully downloaded on Saturday, 3 days ago. But this morning, I got an error saying that the access codes failed to verify. So I deleted my access code and followed the directions to get a new Access code. I've confirmed that I'm able to get a new access code, but the new one won't verify either.

The error message at the bottom of the dialog box says:

Error: Unable to Verify Token FIle. Use "Get Access Code..." to obtain a new Access Code.

Need help!

I'm having same problem. Was able to get new access code last week without difficulty, but not working this morning. Thanks for your anticipated help (again)

Are you all still having this problem? I've tested it from here, and Schwab seems to be working properly at this time. I'm hoping it was a temporary issue with Schwab.

Thanks. Attempted to get this to work seven times this morning between 6:30 AM and 8:15. Schwab claimed they were updating the access codes but the transaction download failed every time. Don't comprehend what was happening but glad it works now.

I can confirm it did not work for me this morning. Multiple attempts. It now works. The problem must have been on Schwab's side of this. I do appreciate they fixed it quickly.

It is now working, after getting new access codes and account numbers.

Works now. Must have been a Schwab issue. Now if Vanguard could only get on the stick.
