How can a master portfolio be deleted?

Hi jackrsm,

You can close everything in your top level sub-portfolio, but you can't delete it. To remove everything, highlight your top level sub-portfolio (named "Master Portfolio" by default) on the left side in the Portfolio Editor. Now, on the right side, it will show everything in this sub-portfolio. Select everything on the right by left clicking on the first item, hold down Shift, and left click on the last item. Select "Edit / Close".

Another way to accomplish this same thing is to close your portfolio file. Use "File / Close Portfolio", and that will close everything currently open.
