Unable to retrieve Fidelity transactions

General questions about using Fund Manager that do not fit into any other forum.

Starting about mid May when I try to retrieve transactions from my Fidelity account I get an error message that says "Failed to retrieve portfolio" along with my account number and user ID.

I haven't made any changes in Fidelity as far as passwords, account numbers, etc. Same it's been for years.

Is there any way to determine why FM can't retrieve the portfolio?

This is a temporary issue with Fidelity, and has been discussed further in this topic.
