Internet Retrieve prices

I last updated prices on Oct. 30. I tried to update prices today and can't. Here is the process I follow:

1. Click on edit
2. Scroll down to internet retrieve
3. Scroll to prices

For some reason FM wll not allow me to update prices to reflect market action from 10/31. I had it set for Yahoo, but changed to CNN, with the same results.

Please help.
