LINKING PORTFOLIO SYMBOLS TO GRAPHS

Mark, is there a way to link a portfolio symbol being highlighted to a graph shown at the same time on the display? I would like to be able to select any symbol in a portfolio view and have its price (OR value or whatever the default graph view is) be automatically shown in the overall viewing window... This would save needing to select the symbol first and then right click on the symbol and select "graph" or "graph as..." Said differently, select the symbol once and have the graph follow and/or be linked to that symbol selection.

Possible?

Hi Bob,

I think you're asking to link the selection in the Portfolio Editor window to a Graph window. There isn't a feature to do this, besides the one you mentioned, where you right mouse click on the item and select the option to graph it.

You might consider doing this selection from within the Graph window itself. At the top of a graph window are 2 top level menu items:

Investments
Portfolio

You can use this to select what portfolio or investment you want to plot.
