Ing Institutional Name Change

General questions about using Fund Manager that do not fit into any other forum.

Postby 12garyv » Fri Sep 12, 2014 1:43 pm

Since Ing changed its name to Voya, FM has been unable to connect to my accounts. Are there new Retrieve settings that I may need?

Thanks for your help.
Gary.

Hi Mark,

I downloaded the update but I am still not able to connect. I am using the same username and password that works on the nestle.voyaplans.com website. I tried setting up a new sub-portfolio to see if that would work but no luck.

Appreciate any further help you can provide.
Kind regards,
Gary.

Hi Gary,

We've had reports of success from other users, but they had to use "username@ing" instead of "username@voya" to login. If you try that, does it work? Also, I assume you've selected the new "Voya Institutional Plan Services" interface, and not the "ING Financial Partners" interface?
Thanks,
Mark

Hi Mark,
Thanks for your reply. I was still using Ing Financial Partners; Voya solved the problem.
Thanks.
Gary.
