Default Today's Date

There are several custom reports that I would like to default to today's date either when asked for a single date or a range of between dates.

Is there a way to make the report use only today's date without having to click on the calender date or today's date box? i.e automatically use today's date?

Yes, you can do this.

If your report is saved as part of your portfolio, just make sure the ending date is set to the current default ending date when you create the report initially. Also, make sure you have "Options / Report Preferences... / Portfolios / Float End Date" turned on.

If your report is a memorized report, turn on the option to "Float End Date" when you memorize the report.
