more zeros and less zeros request

General questions about using Fund Manager that do not fit into any other forum.

Would it be possible to tell FM (in reports, data register etc.)

yo – bro :

DO NOT SHOW ZEROS in places where 3 of them show up together (as in 10,000.000 shares)!!

All the share amounts would show and be sorted in nice columns and I‘d stop counting the damn zeros to make sure I have the right quantities. Of course the funds would still show the fractional shares.

If the above thing is doable – let’s try this one as well:

MM/DD/YY format – we’re all familiar with it- but the reports show:

1/21/08
2/15/08
10/23/08
12/10/08

is it possible to tweak this to show the leading zero (as in 01/15/08, 02/15/08)?

I suspect these details may be windows origin and in that case I am outta luck..

Hi jerryo,

Sorry, but neither of these options are currently available. Thanks for the feedback, I'll see about getting some improvements in this area.

In case you haven't seen this, you can adjust the number of significant digits displayed to the right of the decimal. See "Options / Preferences.." and "Options / Report Preferences...". These settings apply the same to all security types, and will always display this number, even when they are all 0.
Thanks,
Mark
