Qoute server not working

General questions about using Fund Manager that do not fit into any other forum.

My software is up tp date. I have switched servers 4 times and still am unable to retrieve prices. Any ideas.

Hello zooey,

What quote module number are you using? See "Help / About...". What is an example ticker symbol you have recorded that won't update? What quote servers have you tried? Have you verified that this symbol is available on those quote servers? For more, please read:

Everything is always up to date with me. Now it is working. Canada Stockwatch did not update for 2 days off and on. Got it today. Thanks. Love your software.
