I downloaded the sample advisor software and then I purchased it. I do not see which problem it could be from the web site. Can not get in.

O.K. I see I down loaded advisor 10.9 and you sent me a key for 11.0. Could that be it and if so in the sample acct I have several down loads of accts I had to manually enter I would like to keep. How do I accomplish this?

Hi reddragon,

I would suggest to just download the current version (11.2) from our website. Just install it right over your current 10.9 version. Do not uninstall 10.9 first. All your data will still be available in 11.2 once you install the new version.

If you prefer to stick with 10.9 we can send you a 10.x license key, but it is probably better to upgrade your software to 11.2. The download page is here:
