Print to pdf crashing

I am having problems printing reports to pdf. The program either immediately crashes and closes out or it hangs up when I choose to print to pdf - actually as soon as I specify the file to be printed to.

Any ideas? I've always been able to do this in the past...

Hi jb,

Some ideas...

1) Try re-booting your computer.

2) Can you print to a regular printer okay?

3) Try re-installing your PDF printer driver. You can also try PrimoPDF, as that is a popular/free PDF printer driver that works well.

I think we're on to something with the .pdf driver.

upon re-installing I got it to work once without crashing. Then back to the same thing. So I tried another .pdf driver and voila! - It started working fine.
