Error retreiving account information from Fidelity invest.

General questions about using Fund Manager that do not fit into any other forum.

My username and password and account number will retrieve my account information on the fidelity web site, but using the exact same information gives me a "login error" with Fund Manager. I am certain that my information is correct, and I was able to fretrieve my e-trade account at the same time I could not retrieve my fidelity account, so I know I am properly connected to the internet. I am using Fidelity Investments from the drop down box.

Hi nrsmd,

Fund Manager is retrieving from Fidelity's "OFX" server, which is a different server than their "Web" server. Often times the login information is the same, but not always. You also may also have to ask Fidelity to enable your account for retrieving via their OFX server. I would suggest going onto Fidelity's website, or calling them up, and finding the instructions for retrieving into Quicken. Follow the same instructions for Fund Manager.
