Hello,

Is there any way to put in lending value % for each investment to calculate total borrowing availability?

For example, cash may be worth 90%, aaa bond could be 75%, a stock might be 50% or 60%.

I'd like to be able to have it all add up and sow me my borrowing availability.

Thank you.

Hi manageruser,

Sorry, no, this isn't a feature.

I suppose you could use the "Management Fee" feature for this purpose. This is an Advisor specific feature. With this feature you can assign each sub-portfolio a management fee method. You can define your own management fee methods, and one of the choices is to assign a percentage to each investment type. So, you could set cash to be 90%, bonds as 75%, etc. You could then run a management fee report, and the management fee would be your borrowing availability.
Thanks,
Mark
