Connecting to broker

I am new to Fund Manager and am trying to set up my accounts. I keep getting the error code 120129 indicating that Fund Manager could not communicate with the brokers server. This has happened when trying to set up both Fidelity and Schwab accounts in the program. I did have success once, but don't know that I did anything different. Tried again and am getting same error again. Any suggestions?
Hi lmmacdon,
This sounds like you may have some firewall software on your computer preventing Fund Manager from accessing the internet. Please check any such software you may have, and make sure it is set to allow Fund Manager to connect.
