WellsTrade no longer working

General questions about using Fund Manager that do not fit into any other forum.

I went to download transactions in my WellsTrade (Wells Fargo Investments) account and got a general error, stating "As of November 1, 2010, Wells Fargo Investments is no longer supporting Microsoft Money."

Is there a change I can make in the Transaction Retrieve Settings that will allow me to continue downloading transactions? Or is a modification to the software required?

Many thanks for your assistance, and a 1000 Kudos to Fund Manager Software, one of the best pieces of software on my computer.

Hi Tod,

Please download the current transaction module, which should fix this issue. Select "Help / Fund Manager on the Web / Check for Updates..." and get the latest transaction module (138) when prompted. After this, try the transaction retrieve again, and let me know if that doesn't fix the problem. You can also verify what transaction module you are using by looking under "Help / About...".

Hi Mark,

I had module 137. Downloaded the latest per your instructions and, voila!, everything worked PERFECTLY as usual.
