How would I go about handling a margin loan in FM?

On a related topic , how would one record the margin interest expense?

Hi paulk,

Set up an investment to track the margin balance. This is treated just like a regular cash investment (share price fixed at $1), but it has a negative balance. The margin interest is recorded as an "interest" type of distribution, with a negative amount.
