Trying to retrieve transactions fro Morgan Stanely

General questions about using Fund Manager that do not fit into any other forum.

Getting message that OFX server reported no accounts are available to retrive for this user ID - can log in directly to Morgan stanley Clientserv and access - can anyone help with the retrieval problem :cry:

Hi Brad,

On this server you must "enable downloads" on your account first. I'm not exactly sure where this option is, but I suspect if you log in via a web browser, and look around you can find this in your account settings somewhere. If you can't find it, you'll need to call Morgan Stanley for more exact directions. The little bit of info we have on this server is available here:
