Do you know any way we can track some of the new crypto currency exchange rates. For example Bitcoin vs Dollar or Ether Vs the Dollar. I can't find any symbol to put in or know what retrieval service to use.

Sorry, no, I'm not aware of which servers, if any, offer these quotes. My only suggestion is to go to each one, and try to look them up. Maybe Google, or Quandl would be my guess, but I don't know. Links are here:
