Retrieve internet stock quotes

From many days, when i try to retrieve internet stock quotes from YAHOO - IT server, i receive the following error message:

ERROR: 11004 RETURNED FROM [GETHOSTBYADDR_PROX]

bat nothing changed in my pc.

Can you help me?
