Unable to retrieve to update portfolio

Mark: Since 10/23/02, I have been unable to accomplish a successful retrieve for my funds portfolio. Not sure which provider I was using. Several times recently I have tried "Yahoo," "Yahoo Historical", and "Yahoo Updated Historical" and still get the message "Unable to Update." My "Fund Manager" association dates from April 2000. At that time I recall assaying a number of portfolio files, each with a separate file name. Recently my computer dumped a number of files - the dumping apparently not associated with FM processing - and only one FM file survived. The single FM file that is left was an early creation, and was not the standard portfolio that I used and reviewed daily. Any corrective ideas for me based on the info above? Thank you.
