: : Hi Mark,

: : When trying to extend an existing trend line using Ctrl/Shift, the temporary line which comes up seems to originate from a different set of coordinates. Is this normal.

: Hi Ray,

: No, that sounds like a bug. Which graph type are you editing a trendline
: on? Are you in log or linear scale? Does it matter whether you edit the
: left or right edge of the trendline?

Hi Mark,

The condition happens in the log and linear mode. The only graphs affected seem to be "Technical analysis" and " Volume/High/Low". If you draw a horz. line in one of these graphs and then try to edit from the left side, a line is projected from the left down to about five o'clock. If you try to edit from the right side, a line is projected from the right down to about seven o'clock.
Hope this helps.

Thanks,
Ray
