Cannot get updated pricing

I am sorry to bother you but I have been trying to get the updated pricing for stocks but have had no luck. I used to get it OK when I had AOL but now I have another server. When I try to get the updated prices I get a message " Couldn't creat internet output log E:\fundman\intlog.txt then it gives me the Kkey inf I have downloaded the software again and reinstalled but still no help I have tried creating directories in C: and E: (which is where my program is installed) with intlog.txt but that doesnt help. Any suggestions would be helpful Ed
