Are the investments open, and just not displayed, or are they not opened
at all? If the investment is marked as "hidden" under investment properties
this would prevent it from being displayed. See "View/Hidden Investments".
Look under "Investments" menu to see a list of open investments.

If they are not open, you might try re-opening them and re-saving your
portfolio.
